There isn’t an app, and there are slight issues with notifications, but the central functionality is excellent, and customer support is exceptional.

While we don't have a traditional app in the app store we do have what's called a Web App, where you can add the platform to your phone's home screen just like other apps. It also behaves like a typical app. Give us a shout if you have any questions this.

Nadex contracts are fully collateralized, meaning when anyone enters a trade, they must have the available balance to cover the risk of the trade. This allows Nadex to immediately clear the trade and distribute the proceeds upon settlement of the contract. If you do not have the available funds to cover the trade, your order will be rejected.

I was confused

I was confused. I couldn't tell if I made or lost money.
The customer service person from Nadex who called (I lost his name) explained that I could find that information in Account / Reporting History / History.
Et Voila! Now all my trade data can be downloaded into a well organized spreadsheet!

THANKS!

And with that, I have a trading platform that I'm happy to use and recommend to friends.

Good platform and good support

Good platform and good support. The only issue I have is the price and spreads on the live account compared to the demo. It’s a lot easier to make money on demo compared to live. Overall, I’d recommend them though

Our demo environment will certainly be different than the live environment for a few reasons. We have a lot of people in demo placing unrealistic trades that they wouldn't normally place in a real account. Also, we have more market makers in live than we do in demo, meaning the live environment has more competitive pricing and tighter spreads.
