I have been using Nadine West for about…
I have been using Nadine West for about a year and I look forward to my package every month. The clothes are nice for the most part. One of my problems is, I am not sure my comments when I return things are always reviewed. Certain materials fit tighter than others and instead of adjusting for the next order, I receive similar pieces the very next month. Customer service is amazing. I have never had an issue extend a return date, or putting my account on hold for a bit.

Not giving attention to my comments
The stylists are not listening to my comments. I have repeatedly said that I do not like skinny type jeans/pants and I still repeatedly get them in my bag. I also keep getting the same colors of pants. Is there no record of what's been sent before?

I really enjoy getting your packages. I would just like to get them less often. I’m 75 years old, and I have a full closet. I like to use you for fill-ins.

Lots of duplicates
I like the company, but sometimes I get the same stuff I return, or very similar items. Some months I get exactly the same thing, just in different colors. I like to have a wide variety of choices in my wardrobe.

I try VERY hard to EXPRESS what I want/dislike
I try VERY hard to express what I like and do not like in each package. I am a small girl so some small sizes are sometimes even too big. I have been receiving TONS of medium tops/dresses. They are super cute but TOO BIG. Please send small dresses and tops.

Love your clothes, however the last two or three shipments I have been receiving them late and only have a few days to look at them before they’re due back. Not sure what’s going on, but always have to ask for an extension.

Good quality items . Always stylish. If ever there is an issue they are quick to respond and come to a resolution. I have many pieces from them pieces that can be mixed with multiple others. Love the dresses and jewelry too. Would recommend to anyone!

Clothes doesn't usually match my style preferences or doesn't fit right. I have been getting repeats of the same items I sent back the month before. I do however like the convenience of clothes being sent right to my home
