Extended Downtime...
However long the maintenance downtime has lasted, there was an email informing that maintenance might impact the service.
I understand the agitation, however, most negative reviews are misleading.
Please resolve the downtime so we can get back our services running. It is affecting the developers that use your services for our clients. it is more of a black Christmas for me with over 80+ pending messages with no valid response to give them.

My website has been down for over 24hrs now for a so called maintenance you people tagged it. And you people don't responds to support message and you people still don't have a specific date and time it will be resolved

They've forgotten that they have popular Companies using their hosting.
All my website are down and I'm loosing almost all my Customers because your services have always been the best to me till this maintenance.
But after this maintenance I'm switching.
Fraud Alert! This is a criminal organisation, don't work with them.
You guys have succeeded in frustrating my Vtu website, as I have lost my customers and my means of livelihood, so shall you lose something very dear to you, something you will never forget in this life, I don't recommend this company, it's fraud, @FBI AND @CIA including @EFCC and Consumer protection agencies should look into this criminal company, I don't recommend this company at all, if you are reading this and you continue to host a site with them, you will regret later. From my understanding, this is not company at first, it's just a one-man portal. I never get the worst experience I encountered using their platform, more shockingly, it would take them over 4 days to respond to your ticket when you need an urgent support and without any solution. Lastly I'm afraid for myself and other people patronizing their products about what may come around in the future.

The experience is worst.
The customer care experience is bad when it has to do with refunding. It's been 1month after I requested for my WP host to be cancelled. I requested for a refund and no one is responding to my message. My ticket got closed and I never received a positive reply same with WhatsApp. Till now I haven't gotten a refund. I am not sure I would use your services anymore for my other websites either will recommend you to anyone

Fraudulent activities
I hate to come here and give negative reviews but these guys give me no choice as they won't respond to messages.
I paid for a domain renewal in spetember for a domain that's supoosed to expire in december. My payment was confirmed and the doamin expiry date was extended till next year as it supoosed to after payment.
earlir this month I started getting messages from this people telling me that the same domain is about to expire. I logged on to my dashboard only for me to see that the domain expiry date has been reverted back to december 2023 from December 2024.
I have sent a couple of messages, these guys gave no reply. I have proof of payment and payment confirmation from the day i made payment.
Naijawebhost should come and challenge this review if its false. i have the evidences.
