They need to work on their support

They need to work on their support. and customer service.Very poor customer service and they don't reply customers complains or try to resolve them. presently I have an issue they refused to help me resolve on their site no reply from them ever since

RUN RUN RUN RUN

I used to think something that ain't popular in the market used to have a good qualities or original that people might not know about it, with a one heart, I decided to give this hosting service a first time try.
4 days later I knew why they remained unknown or unpopular because they provide poor services.

I have opened a support ticket for the past 5 days, no response, live chat, no response, WhatsApp chat no response.

Is this how you people do business?
I won't dare recommend their service to anyone. If you read this and you still decided to buy their hosting, you will later end up here leaving aggressive reviews.

All the good reviews you have seen, I wondered how they got them. I guess they were all make up reviews. RUN
