Amazing customer service, any questions I had were answered with excellent explanation. They followed up a few weeks later to ask if I had any issues and offered advice.

Fantastic customer service, and of course a fantastic product. This is my second naked pool. My new place had a Salt mineral pool and after a month of spending hours and dollars maintaining it I gave up and put a naked system in again, and I wouldn't have anything else. They are super easy to maintain beautiful to swim in, water is always crystal clear. I can't understand why everyone doesn't have one as I can't think of a single negative. Not to mention the money I have saved on Chemicals!!

The system is not functioning to it's best capabilities due to a lack of handover from the pool builder. Did not receive the handover kit from the pool builder. This was mentioned during a recent phone call from Naked Pools, but was told that there's not much you can do about it. Really only need the copper test strips to be able to input the levels to the system.

Even when naked pools were shut over Christmas, they responded to my email and were able to send out the products I needed ASAP and without charge. I have had only positive interactions with the staff at Naked Pools both times I've required assistance.

We had our pool built and the Naked system installed about 6/7 years ago in Northland NZ. We might have been one of the first - at the time we were given virtually no instructions or guidance on operation and maintenance.
Love the system when it’s working - hated it when it’s not because we had no idea what to do.
Technical support and assistance when the pool is clearly not balanced has only ever been provided by our local pool shop (45 mins drive). Direct contact with NZ agent non-existent.
Error readings on the system are unreliable so we have to do frequent testing.
Replaced the anodes twice - both times ordered and received with no guidance or instructions on how to install and reset the system.
Getting emails and links to support/guidance and the app’ now is probably 6 years too late to be happy.

I'm a first time pool owner in Kenmore, Brisbane. We purchased the house around 4 months ago with no real handover from the previous owners.
I'm not convinced the Naked System is the best choice for a first time pool owner especially in a very gum tree leafy area like Kenmore. And we've had some very hot days and wet weather which have the pool ownership journey more difficult than it could have been.
I think I've watched every instructional video and read every tutorial on the Naked Pools website. It's been a frustrating journey. I've seen the pool water crystal clear, and various shades of brown and green. My pH levels and water clarity have not been controllable without adding extra acid and clarifer to the pool. The cost of the chemicals adds up very quickly.
The pool is only 18 months old but I don't trust the sand filter is working properly nor the MDX in floor cleaning system.
I have to admit I'm seriously thinking about converting the pool to a salt based system with a corded cleaning robot. That should allow me to actually use the pool rather than try to fix the water quality.
This is probably quite a severe test for a Naked System but it has not worked for me.
I hope others have a better outcome.
