My experience so far has been…

My experience so far has been frustrating due to very slow customer service. I reached out several times regarding my order and struggled to get a timely response, which made the situation stressful and unclear.

When you are waiting on an order, communication really matters. I am still awaiting delivery and hope this improves, but the lack of responsiveness has definitely impacted my experience.

Save yourself a headache

Shopping at this online boutique was an absolute disaster from start to finish. The customer service is hands-down some of the worst I’ve ever dealt with. It’s like their support team is made up of ghosts—silent, invisible, and completely uninterested in helping. Emails go unanswered for days, and when you finally get a reply, it’s a copy-and-paste non-answer that solves nothing.

As for the merchandise? Don’t let the cute photos fool you. What I received looked like it was thrown together by someone who lost a fight with a sewing machine. Cheap fabric, uneven stitching, and sizing so inconsistent it feels like they’re just guessing. The colors didn’t match the pictures, the fit was terrible, and the quality was downright embarrassing.
Save yourself the frustration, wasted time, and disappointment. There are plenty of online stores that actually value their customers and sell items that look like what they advertise. This boutique isn’t one of them. Avoid at all costs.

Extremely bad customer service low…

Extremely bad customer service low quality clothes that pill after one wash. they never answer the phone or an emails I sent back an item over a month ago. I still have not received the exchange. They do not reply to emails. They say you have to wait five days for a reply. It’s now been two weeks. I will have to end up charging this off with my credit card since I cannot get any kind of response from the Customer Service team, which seems to be nonexistent.

Garbage Quality and Garbage Service

I ordered two items from Naked Wardrobe and only one arrived. I contacted customer support immediately and never received a single response. The quality of the item that did show up was cheap and absolutely not worth the price. Save yourself the frustration and skip this company altogether—go directly to Temu instead. Much better quality, faster shipping, and actual customer service.

Steer away

They were really my store and I spent a lot of money with them but idk who has been running the site lately but they’ve become true scammers. Make sure you read reviews since most of them under the clothes are bad or ppl complaining about the customer service/return process since they won’t respond to their emails/phone calls. They’ve also recently started tacking up the prices and then “putting them on sale” as well as charging tax on some items and not others which basically makes up for any discount code they “gift” you. Would no longer recommend anyone to shop here and they have lost a loyal customer.

BUYER BEWARE!

Place an order online 20% coupon did not apply to my order. My card was charged immediately, but I never received a confirmation email. So I emailed them and patiently waited. They never responded. Tried calling their customer service number several times, there is no answer… ever! I called several times at different times of the day trying to reach someone. No answer. Not even a machine . I Emailed them again. No reply.. in order to track your purchase you need an order number. The order numbers are a joke. They’re just some random numbers they give because you can’t track them on their website. Almost a week later I received my package which I no longer want because I would never give them my business after I experienced how they operate. The order numbers do not apply to the tracking numbers or email. My package came via FedEx.. but the slip that came inside the package said it was just mailed out USPS. I’m trying to return this package. Having a very difficult time seeing that I can’t pull up the original order from anywhere. Horrible customer service, horrible response time, horrible experience. Fairly high priced item you could probably find on TEMU for a few dollars. Never again.

Cheap quality for the price point. Can find the same stuff on Amazon for half the price. Shipping is slow. They take about a week to process your order. Returning an item is a hassle too. They deduct $10 from your return for shipping although it took less than $10 to return the cheap/overpriced garment.

First and last time ordering

I ordered 2 bodysuits and a skirt in my first order. The quality of the bodysuits was less than ideal for the price but seemingly okay. The skirt quality was better. The shipping cost $12 and took 6 days for delivery one state over from California where it’s shipped from. I received my order and the same day I received it I noticed all the items I had purchased were all on sale for 50% off. So I reached out to namedwardrobe via email to ask if they could honor the sale price on my order since it was just received and within the 30 day return period. They took over 24 hours to respond and said no so I missed the sale. That was extremely off putting as most stores I’ve shopped with will always adjust if it’s within the return period. The items are currently showing cheaper about 55% off so I went to try processing a return only to learn the items are non returnable. Complete scam to me. I’m very disappointed and will not order again from this company
