Return policy is horrid. I hadn't ordered from them since they grew larger and I won't be returning. Purchased 2 items they sent them in 1 pkg however for the return they send 2 return labels. I returned both on the same day in the same condition, partially refunded for 1 item and I can't determine which one, but waiting for the second to be processed. A whole pain, also the return isn't itemized on the site

This is the Worst company ever!! I ordered one item February 7th, it didn't fit, returned it the next day. I still haven't received my refund! I've called, and emailed and still no valid response. To make matters worse I payed by "Afterpay", so I'm still paying the item!! I hate this company & will never buy one thing from them again! It ridiculous how they treat customers!!

They claimed to have lost my first order, but that wasn’t the case. They had only created a label and never actually sent my package, according to the postal company. I emailed them about this and got my money back. Then, I ordered from them again and accidentally purchased the wrong item. I only noticed it later, and the zipper was also broken. I requested a return but received no response. The pants I accidentally bought cost 125 euros. Poor customer service and poor-quality clothing have led them to lose a customer due to their unprofessional behavior.

I own about 20 pieces from them. Pants, hot shorts, shirts. The quality is great. The fit is smaller but not like China fit. I've returned one item successfully, no issues. The cost is high for certain things but they have frequent sales. Its one of my favorite stores. The fabrics are soft and wash well.

Bought a dress fit too small. I tried to return it The same day I received it. I emailed it because for some reason it was not able to be returned online. They said I cannot return a dress that was on sale. The dress was not on sale. I had a discount code so I did get 20% off, but it was not on sale and they will not return my dress for a bigger size. Horrible Customer Service will never buy from them again.

My husband actually stumbled upon Naked Wardrobe at Nordstrom's Rack. He purchased a few of their items in the 'butter' fabric and I fell in love with this brand. Let me tell you, the way it feels on my skin is like buttah, seriously. In addition, I looked amazing in the outfit! He bought me the bootcut pants in black and long sleeve crop top in black. I am 5'9, tall/lean, slight athletic build. I wear a size 0/25/XS. I wear Medium tops comfortably, but can also wear a Small depending on the style (the clothes stretch). I love that their pants, dresses and skirts (even the long sleeves) are super long so I never need to adjust which is a treat if you are tall.
Since then, I have purchased many, many items directly from the NW site. I have had no issues and received all of my purchases on time, in tact and everything fits. It's surprising to see all of the negative comments about customer service and returns, but I have yet to experience that. It has been a very positive experience so far. Also, $25 Tuesday, $30 Thursday and $50 Friday's are so cool! You get to purchase items on these days at the respective prices. I rack up!! I live for these days and can get what used to be a normal price item for cheap.
They have other fabric which is just as nice as the 'butter', but may also enhance your sexy and snatches you up in all the right places. All of the materials are soft, great quality, but sensitive. You need to pay attention to the care instructions. I hand wash or use the washing machine on the delicate cycle. I put my garments in a netted lingerie bag when washing them and then hang dry. Clothes come out just fine.
I would highly recommend NW. The clothes are great for resort wear, casual wear, you can dress up some of the pieces if you need something more formal and it's also good for athleisure wear. Very versatile, sexy and fun!!

Bought a gift for Christmas and could not return or exchange it because of their 14 day return policy. I purchased on 12/11 and asked to return on 1/3. Give me a break.

I ordered an outfit it said it would be here by the 31st which is the day that I need the outfit I paid a lot of money! Just to finally get a tracking number and now the date is January 3rd this is horrible for my first time ordering I even tired to send an email and they told me they are closed I have no way of speaking with someone to resolve this issue I am highly pissed and will never order with them again please do not spend your hard earned money with this company

I started buying Naked Wardrobe clothing through Nordstrom, then searched for their online store to purchase from them directly because I loved their clothing. Their clothes are excellent quality. I have had to do a few exchanges for different sizes/colors and customer service has always been excellent.

Ordered three blazers from this company they shipped one with the list of what was in the package yet on the tracking shows that two items were in there. I tried to both email and call also the 20% off discount code that they gave me didn’t take on my order. I emailed it asking for them to adjust the price never heard from anyone. They probably have the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. If you can’t get the items within the store don’t even bother ordering from the website. If you are going to order from the website, only order one item because they will not put all of your items in the bag and you will have to fight to get your money back.

The clothes are very cheaply made for the price 200.00 for bodysuit and leggings that’s showing my a** literally, you better off ordering for SHEIN don’t do it!!!

Don’t ever order from there, I tried the bodysuit I am a petite small, they were so tight and uncomfortable, you can hardly get them on. On top of that you can’t return the bodysuits! Conveniently! I have website that I order from every month! Definitely will not be buying from them again.

If there’s a zero star I already rate them with zero or negative ratings. They literally the worst clothing brand I ever encountered their customer service I literally called 30 times but no one answered my calls to check my order since it’s still on process I wanna check because it’s been 3 days on the process: One more thing they don’t address the issue rightfully and it keeps the customer waiting for a very long time.

One star is actually too much for this company, I give them zero stars. This company is not reputable. While their merchandise is ok, I do not recommend anyone purchase anything through them. I purchased a dress and immediately returned without even wearing only to be told my item did not qualify for a refund due to the dress was stained and worn. I requested pictures of the stains they claimed the dress had and they sent me pictures of something that was not the item I ordered. When I disputed they tried to give me a gift card for the total but still refused to refund my money. By then I just wanted my money back but they still refused and then they sent me back a dress that was covered in stains and that clearly someone had worned. This is shady and disgusting and I will never do business with these people again.

They give you 3 random tracking numbers, all stating your package is in different countries and different stages of delivery, all for it to never be delivered. From what I’ve read this brand used to be amazing then they rebranded and it is what it is today. Scam site, do not order.

UPDATE:
2 weeks later I finaly received the item 😂 and it’s actually better than expected!. So lesson learned for me to just sit back and be a little more patient.
Overall great price, terrible shipping, even worse customer service and I stand on that, but great product and I would probably put myself through this to buy again 😂

If a “0” star option were available, I’d give this company review that score. I think they sell attractive clothing, but buy at your own risk!! They will not allow sale item returns and as a small business owner, I think Naked Wardrobe is a scam operation. When clothes don’t fit, they refuse returns and state if one does return sale items, they will send back to the purchaser along with additional return shipping charges. To top it off, their response is so disingenuous, ie, by sending messages with the salutation “Hi Love,”!! It’s ridiculous!!

I was attracted to this company when seeing their products being sold at Nordstrom. But buyer beware! You will lose money if anything doesn’t fit! I just lost $135 plus shipping costs on 2 items, which will be donated…

The worst return policy on any website I've shopped.
These chicks are stuck in 1999. Horrid return policy and excessive shipping costs. If you get anything at any sort of discount, you cannot return it. You can only return full price items & you get to pay return shipping. Shipping and return fees are excessive. Products are hit or miss. My advice is to only buy from the small selection they sell at Nordstrom if you want anything here. I stupidly followed their size recommendation that said the item fits small when it infacts fits true to size so now I am stuck with an item that is too big and I can't return for a smaller size. They welcome me to rebuy it in another size though LOL.

The dress I ordered was a completely different colour to the one advertised on the website. Emailed them twice and it’s been over 2 weeks where I still haven’t heard back. Complete false advertisement. Won’t be ordering from them again and the reviews on here speak volumes about how rubbish their customer service is

Horrible return process. They will reject your return for any reason. It was a strand of hair and they rejected it. I never wore it outside of trying it on and it didn’t fit. Wouldn’t recommend buying directly from them and purchase from Nordstrom instead so I can return in person if needed

Although I do love this brand and love how they showcase their style, I am hugely disappointed in the customer service; specifically returns. I have placed 3 orders 1 of which all 3 items I loved. But the other I did not. However, when I tried to return it.
their system did not recognize the order number. So I sent an email and then another email but both went without a response. I've tried calling, but the number will not go through. It did go through the first time and I left a detailed voicemail without a return call. The last order I placed (3rd) never came but then today I noticed a refund from naked wardrobe. However, I don't know if this was for the order I was trying to return or if it was a refund because the last order never came. It is extremely frustrating not to have someone to talk to or communicate with.
