No goods and no refund
Mid-November I ordered an item listed available on their website. Got an email the next day that this item is out of stock, with the option for refund or chose other item. I requested a refund, which was promised within 14 days.
I chased for my refund after 4 weeks, then again several times in January - no replies to my emails, unable to get through via phone, and website 'under maintenance'. I have cancelled the payment through my credit card company, who have refunded it. Reading all the other reviews here, Naken are scammers.

As per other reviews. Ordered in November. Told in December item was discontinued. Have been asking for refund ever since but haven't received it despite being told it was being processed back in December. No reply to emails since December. Still owed £40. This company appears to me to have been run fraudulently. I am planning to report it to the police.

Steer clear from this company. Ordered some lights waited forever for them to arrive - they never did. Naken cancelled the order. Naken Initiated a refund within 14 days, which I have still not received over a month later. Barclaycard are now 'investigating' for me.

Ordered a butter dish as it was cheaper with Naken than another supplier. Was told that the order had arrived damaged into their warehosue and would I like to wait for another one to come into stock. It was a Christmas gift so I declined and asked for a refund. 6 weeks later I am still awaiting a refund after several attempted phonecalls - their number is constantly engaged - and ignored emails . This company is a SCAM. Their website should be shut down so no one else is a vistim of fraud.

Bought an expensive product that fell apart in a year. Overpriced cheap product, obviously. Zero response to email complaints.

As with many other customers of Naken, I innocently placed a pre-order in early October 2025 and was told that my item would not be available until 25th November with a delivery window between 4th & 12th December. However, they processed my payment immediately. I was initially okay with that as the item was not urgently required. The website discouraged any contact with them until after the delivery window had passed, and (after leaving a query on their website) on 15th Dec, I received an email from them cancelling the order due to 'unforeseen circumstances' and telling me that I would get a refund in 14 working days. I sent an email requesting an immediate refund considering they had had my money since October but I received no response except I was emailed an automated ticket number. I sent another email when I discovered that legislation requires refunds in 14 days (not working days) but again only received an automated reply. So when the 14 working days expired and I still hadn't received my refund or any response to my emails, I contacted PayPal to request an investigation and I received an immediate refund from PayPal. This is great for me but I could have still been waiting if not for the fact that some transactions can be refunded via banks or in my case, PayPal. However, this situation should never have happened in the first place and my concern is for all those innocent customers who are not aware of this practice by Naken of seemingly ignoring some customers who are due refunds. If this isn't a deliberate scam then this company needs to look at how it does business with its customers - in particular, when the fault is with Naken, immediate refunds should be given or their reputation is going to take a nose dive, if it hasn't already. If you are facing this situation, please check with your bank in case they can refund your money.
Dodgy dealers - AVOID
Placed and paid for an order in November and immediately received an apologetic email saying that there was an error on their website about the expected delivery date and it would most likely be after Christmas, but they would keep me updated.
I was initially OK with this, as i understand supply chain issues sometimes cause delays, and i was happy to wait as it was something i couldn't buy anywhere else, but then they never came back to me with any updates, so i was getting suspicious as they weren't replying to my emails either.
I opened a PayPal dispute and PayPal refunded me on 22nd December, and within an hour, they emailed me to say the item had come back into stock early, and i could pay by credit card to get it delivered for Christmas, which i did.
It duly came, looked like a fake, and the intended recipient didn't want it.
I contacted them to ask how i could return it for refund, and no response for over a week - emailed again, and still no response, so i checked the website, and it's 'down for maintenance', which is a clear indicator that they've gone out of business.
I am currently trying to raise a dispute with my bank now, and i genuinely feel sorry for those that never even received the goods they ordered - at least i have the item, so can try and sell it, but felt it was worth sharing another example of the underhand, shameful way this company has ripped so many people off and would urge them to take whatever action necessary to try and recover their money.
If by some miracle the company starts up again - buy somwhere else!!
Thieves
Thieves. The company cancelled my order and didn’t refund the money, which was over 100 quid.
Their phone lines are constantly engaged. They replied speedily to my complaint re no delivery updates, which was to tell me they had had to cancel the order. I have since sent three emails chasing the money (order was cancelled a month ago) and no further response. They literally stole money from me and then went cold. It is a scam company. I’ve now had to reach out to my bank for a refund and am looking into ways to report this company for fraud.

To all potential Naken customers: think carefully before purchasing Naken products. I've been waiting three months for a refund: £545 for the return of bookshelves. The company has stopped responding to my emails. I'm reporting this matter to the appropriate consumer rights agency to have this issue addressed. Olga.

AVOID! I bought a nest of coffee tables in November, waited weeks and then got an email to say my order could not be fulfilled and that a refund had been initiated. I still have not received my refund and have now filed a case the the small claims court.

The item I ordered never arrived. They emailed to say they had to cancel the order but had done a refund which should reach me within 14 days. Refund never came. I had to contact my credit card card for a charge back . Sadly I see now there are many reviews like this, this firm can not be trusted.

Awful
Awful. I ordered a rug on 14/11/25. I received an email saying delivery would be delayed so I cancelled the order. They said no problem, just allow 14 days for the refund to appear. After repeated emails and attempts to phone them I have had no response and have just opened a claim with my credit card company. Doesn't even deserve one star! I wonder if they've gone bust and all their staff have left!

Awful experience with this company
Awful experience with this company, which sadly seems like a scam. I ordered a product on backorder, but the date for delivery passed and I hadn't received my order. I noticed it had actually been removed entirely from the website, but I wasn't notified by Naken about this. When I emailed, they just said they order has been cancelled, with no apologies or explanations as to why. If I hadn't contacted, I believe they'd have just kept my money. I still haven't received a refund, so am sadly forced to pursue this with my bank to reclaim the funds.
Awful experience
Awful experience. Placed order with delivery in 2 month, then a month later it got cancelled and refund has not been issued. All sort of lies provided not to refund the money! DO NOT ORDER from them if you do not want to loose money. Nobody is responding to the emails either.
Appalling experience
Utterly atrocious. I ordered a coffee table for £447.30 so not exactly cheap. There was a question asking if the delivery address was different to the billing address, which it was, and I took a screenshot of the correct delivery address I entered. It was only after I'd made payment and the order confirmation came through that I saw to my horror they are sending it to the billing address, where no one will be until mid-January! I immediately began phoning them but every single option is permanently engaged. I emailed, I messaged on Insta all to no avail. I even emailed their CEO Brendon Haxby, who did not reply. As it stands, I have paid all this money and I have no idea what is going to happen with this table, which was intended as a Christmas present. Utterly appalling.
