The books I ordered never arrived, even though the tracking system marked them as delivered. I had to contact customer service to have the orders resent.

This happened twice in a row, which was very frustrating.

Scam, got nothing. Money gone.

They cancelled my order and never refunded the money.

Despite telling me multiple times that they would refund the money, they never did.

I bought 2 pots of the same hair dye but got one in a different shade than I ordered

Awful service!! It is impossible to cancel the order because it is „in review“ and you get no information when you can receive your goods. It’s been around one month since I placed the order and nothing has happened till now. Also I can’t log in onto my account since they say there is an error in my account information. Password reset doesn’t work either. I have no idea what to do and how to return money. I think they are scammers. Don’t recommend! Awful experience!
After more than one month of waiting, the customer service told me, that that would cancel my order and refund money. It’s been one month already and I haven’t received any refund. I contacted my bank and asked for refund on their side, but they informed me that in case they fail to return the money I will need to pay 20 euro commission service! Never Ever buy anything from Nalda. Scammers!!!!

Very bad experience!No message no email to tell you to pick up the order.You have to check on their website to know when the order will come. when you when to pick the order up it says, it is too late to pick up. They already send it back.

I made three orders from Nalda. 1st - no problem. 2nd: 1 book in time, second was not shipped for two months, I was promised, that the book will arrive soon - no book in 4 months. I asked for a refund, 30 days passed- no money. 3rd order: 1 item delivered on time, 3 I have never seen, asked for a refund, waiting for a month already. Never again.

Item showed as available and ready to ship. Two weeks later still nothing received. The order status shows wrong info.. I've got a reply from support after 2days saying "we're sorry and will ship next week" Still nothing received..

No response to any of my mails about when I can expect delivery. It is now 3 weeks since my order from Nalda.ch was confirmed, I live in Switzerland so you would expect a relatively short delivery time within the same country, this is definitely not the case! I would never order from them again. Basically lost money!

I ordered something a couple of weeks ago from Nalda.ch and I have not received it and still no response from the company after following up. It still shows that it was supposed to be delivered last week but that it also hasn’t been shipped. They happily take your money and don’t deliver. Scam!!

Worst experience ever. I've been waiting for my order for 2 months now but still nothing has arrived. It says delivered on the website but in reality nothing arrived. No costumer service, no info about your tracking. The worst site you could ever choose to buy from. Please takey advice and find another site to purchase your goods, this is totally a scam.

Fast delivery, easy pickup, excellent product quality. I was very surprised at how well Nalda worked as I had never used it before due to the negative ratings. I will surely use it again!

Don‘t fall for the Scammers! I ordered last year until now it didn‘t arrived! Its a big SCAM!

i placed an order without opening an account. I have received no confirmation email. I have tried to send them a message but it keeps coming back to me with error? I think this is a scam company! really not happy as they have taken money out of my account . There is basically no customer service even when i try to open an account the site becomes jumpy and I can't do it

I’m waiting for a full month already for 2 small products.. it should’ve arrived the 17th of June and still says it’s “on its way” imagine that’s an InLand versendung and it’s the 24th
It was shipped the 2nd of June.. no support, no reply’s, no phone number and an extreme useless chatbot make this experience even worse.. Rule No. 1 if a company does not have an available phone number it’s 99.9% a Scam..
Don’t buy or fall off this site, typical scamming Dropshipping company as usual..
if there’s more of these similar cases which the product has never been received, best solution is to go to the Police and sue the Company as one.

very good price for a really good product that wasnt easy to find elsewhere. a bit of back and forth as it was in the end delivered in 3 diffeent packs and i was a bit confused but in the end i was very happy

Scam! I ordered on Nalda and never received an email or my order from them. When I contacted them via email (I found their email on their website) it didn't work cause the email is fake too!
