Bad experience with call center service în România. During too long time to respond to your call.
My certificate expired because I missed the renewal notifications. Phone support took a while to reach, but once I got through, the team was helpful and got a new certificate set up quickly.
I had great phone support. Very helpful staff and also kind. The plugins for signing and the website itself are kind of complicated and feel old and too Italian:)) But it's ok.

Easy, fast and reliable e-signature
Helped me set up and use my digital signature so fast and easy! I’ve tried other provider before and I would always have problems, but with Namirial all is working smoothly (especially for a not tech savy person). And their customer support has always been on point, fast, and reliable 🙌🏼

Took you AND the bank a week to sent me…
Took you AND the bank a week to sent me the correct email with my account with the temporary password.
Cant even sign a pdf since the site cant previsualize the pdf unless the I have the latest version of Adobe. Had to previsualize with Adobe Acrobat but it couldn't sign it digitally either since it required something to log in from you that you didnt sent me.
Dumb and dumber apps
Per total I was wasted almost a month to finish it and I still didnt. Had to sign it with a different digital sign firm which finished everything from making my account to obtaining the physical token in 1 day

Difficult
Digital signature processus is difficult. The support material sent by email is not well structurated. It took me many hours and nerves to download and connect all the apps and in the end still needed the support of a person from the call center.

I have payed for the renewal but no renewal
I have payed for the renewal. It's been more than a week since the support is trying to figure out why the renewal is not happening. Some sort of technical error that they can't figure out.
