Complete chaos

Complete chaos, 0 usability and guideline for Romanian users, there is no clear path and no real info about how to integrate on ANAF portal their service.

Fake advertising practices

Fake advertising! They use a fake price of "€51 for 3 years" in their ads to lure you in, then on the website the actual price is €70 + VAT.

I wrote support to ask them about this price discrepancy and they answered very slow, in 2 days, with a very general reply template saying: "Visit the site for our prices."

Very unprofessional, especially in a situation where false advertising is illegal not only in Romania, but at an EU level.
