Beautiful outfit and great customer service. I got lots of compliments wearing the periwinkle silk velvet jumpsuit for a wedding and it was altered to fit my 5 ft 3 height.

I bought a fantastic jumpsuit from Nancy Mac. It fitted beautifully, was super comfortable to wear and washed brilliantly. I got so many compliments and will definitely be buying from them again. Beautiful, well made and stylish clothes.

I bought the Aurora maxi dress from the autumnal collection. It arrived quickly and beautifully packaged.
The fabric is lovely and it has a gorgeous underslip which I was expecting.
I would definitely recommend Nancy Mac if you are looking for something a little different that is great quality and looks stunning.

Placed an order for a dress for my wife. The dress arrived on time. It was a lovely fit, but unfortunately the colour wasn't true to that shown on the website. It was in the pink and blush collection and looked pink on the site, but was more browny beige, so not what my wife wanted. I followed the instruction on the site and emailed them for return instructions twice yesterday, but have received no reply at all despite claim that they will reply quickly. Nice product, but not impressed with customer service.

My wife has now ordered several items from Nancy Mac, not only are the clothes beautiful, unusual and well made, their service is simply fantastic. We have twice had queries where the exact item was unavailable (Stocks seem to be limited , but you want an outfit like this to be unusual, wouldn't want someone else in the same dress would you) but both times they offered brilliant alternatives. once offered to send 3 colours as Carol was unable to decide which to have.
This is now the go-to site for my wife and daughter for any occasion, they have supplied outfits for both of our childrens weddings, if you have a special event order your outfit from Nancy Mac, you will be delighted.

I ordered a nancy mac jumpsuit, to wear for my 50th Birthday party. I realised that I was going to cut it fine for the delivery date. The confirmed order had delivery scheduled for ‘before 15th’ and the party was on 16th, which would have given me a high level of stress. I got in touch and your staff kindly escalated delivery so it arrived before 10th June. This was fantastic customer service – thank you – I really appreciated it! And the jumpsuit itself is fabulous – I had so many lovely comments. It’s a special outfit and I can’t wait to wear it again!

Beautiful dress for my son’s wedding. For a number of reasons I had a question a couple of months after purchase. I emailed and received a prompt reply with a solution to my issue. Absolutely the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time.

I chose a Nancy Mac velvet sable jumpsuit for my civil partnership earlier this year. I was sent fabric swatches to be able to make an informed decision of which colour to go for. Then to ensure the fit was just right, I was sent a couple of different sizes to try. The final sweet pea suit was then altered to have a three quarter length sleeve. It was just perfect for me on my special day. Great communication from Hannah and Sarah throughout the order process. Nancy Mac comes highly recommended from a very happy customer.

Absolutely amazing experience. I highly recommend Nancy Mac. The quality and design of the clothing is off the scale! At every stage of my ordering what turned out to be a bespoke jumpsuit, the response from the team was fast and helpful. If you are thinking of ordering, don't hesitate.

My purchase did not disappoint, its so pretty. The sizing on the website is accurate. The dresses are not cheap but this is reflected in the great quality of the garment. The construction is immaculate, you can see a lot of thought has gone in to the comfortability of wearing the dress, it has a small amount of elastic (that doesn't show) at each side of the waste to give some give when moving, it also maintains the silhouette of the dress. The bag it arrives in is a nice touch.
I would certainly buy another Nancy Mac dress.

I cannot speak highly enough of the amazing customer service I received when ordering my perfect jumpsuit for my nephews wedding.

Nancy Mac went out of their way to make sure my jumpsuit fitted perfectly after struggling to find the right size.

Despite being an online service, they made sure instructions for measuring were clear and concise, and rang me numerous times to make sure everything was okay.

The jumpsuit is beautiful, fabric sumptuous and fits like a glove! I felt like a princess and would highly recommend them.
