The dress came before the expected deadline and is very well made and true to fit. I am really pleased with it. I also love the vintage look which is very stylish and flattering and it’s different from any high street wares.

The designs are beautiful and imaginative and quality of fabric and construction is very high. They do everything they can to suit individual requirements. Great communication.

Ordered the Susanna sash dress in meadow flower. The dress arrived very promptly but unfortunately didn’t fit. On comparison with the size chart measurements it was about 1.5 smaller than labelled which was a shame a it was very pretty. I followed the return instructions and received my returns label within a couple of hours. Returned my parcel via my local DHL courier and was notified of my full refund within a week. Apart from the size issue and I didn’t have time to order a larger one, all went very smoothly.

I’m over the moon to have discovered Nancy Mac. I was looking for an unusual, special dress to wear to my son’s wedding, and these gorgeous, sumptuous, romantic clothes were the ones I kept returning to. I eventually chose the sable longline dress in Wild Cherry silk velvet, and it arrived in a beautiful fabric bag. The second I put it on I was saying out loud “Oh, it’s gorgeous!”. It feels so good. Really happy that I chose this - I loved wearing it on the day. Very comfortable and no stress about creases - it crosses seasons and I know I will wear it many times.

A lovely company making a very distinctive range of luxury clothing, evocative of the 1940’s.
The clothes are very well made , with attention to detail in every respect. Not your everyday wear, but perfect for many special occasions

I have been trying to return items that are not suitable for almost a week.
Having phoned twice and sent four emails and a message on social media nobody has replied to say where the returns should be posted to.
This company has £448 of my money in their bank account.

I’ve ordered a number of items from Nancy Mac and they always exceed my expectations. The quality is fantastic, they’re incredibly stylish and fit really well. I really liked the fabric one of their dresses was made of but prefer jumpsuits, they made a jumpsuit in the fabric at no extra cost! Excellent customer service. My last purchase was a velvet coat from their archive sale, it’s absolutely stunning and will be worn to a wedding in July. My favourite things about Nancy Mac are their designs which are timeless and the service offered by Sarah and Hannah.

I placed my order on Wednesday 26th April, with the website saying item will be with me by 27th April.
I ordered multiple items and one item wasn’t going to be available until May, on the email, initially unnoticed by me, it stated item would all be dispatched together unless I emailed otherwise. I emailed on the 27th April asking for all items to be dispatched ASAP and not to wait until all were available, I got no response. Today I call and I’m told the person answering the phone is only an answering service and cannot help me. It’s not Friday at 5pm and I’m unlikely to be getting the items I desperately wanted for this weekend until next week. Absolutely ridiculous when you are paying such a premium price for the garments. I’ve spent over £700 and haven’t received my items as original suggested and I cannot speak to anyone to rectify the problem. This is my first and last order, really disappointed as I have wanted to order for so long.

Update. Item was to be delivered today (Saturday), I received a phone call this morning informing me 1 out of the 4 dress would be delivered today. I waited in all day and it was not delivered. The other three item will now not be delivered until end of May! I’m so angry and disappointed.

I ordered the Lana peacock green silk velvet jumpsuit which is absolutely lovely. No complaints at all regarding the clothing.
However, I was a bit shocked to find my order was at Gatwick airport and I had paid £48 delivery.
The £48 was included in the dress price granted but was a hidden cost at the time of ordering and I had to wait a few weeks for the item to arrive. I thought these items were made in the UK?

Just a bit misled.

Absolutely beautiful Kristen dress. I was pleased that although the dress was more than I budgeted to pay, it was worth it for the quality of the material, was well made, and more importantly to me so different from the normal dresses that seem to be on every other website!

I ordered the Lana peacock green silk velvet jumpsuit which is absolutely stunning. The material is gorgeous - really soft and comfortable and it drapes well. Unfortunately the cut of the jumpsuit did not suit me and I reluctantly intended sending it back but after some extraordinary customer service from Nancy Mac, the jumpsuit was made bespoke to my requirements at no additional cost!! I have no hesitation in 100% recommending this company, their products and their after sales customer care.

Brilliant service and I love the dress. I will definitely order again.
