Correcting my last review..nannybags beaune, studio rezel
Correcting my last review... after shop was closed on the 3 occasions i tried to retrieve my luggage... nannybags did refund my fee after I complained. However they made clear that 3rd party shop owners are at liberty to change their opening hours at short (no) notice. SO BE WARNED... especially if in Beaune, studio rezel

I was asked to pay extra for a women’s handbag after booking, treating it as regular luggage. I decided not to leave my baggage there and instead used a different shop nearby.

The location Souvenir of Paris
The location Souvenir of Paris, 1 Bd Pershing, 75017 Paris, had a dispute regarding the prices. We paid online, but the store guy demanded more money. He said that the prices on the platform were without taxes and the real prices were higher, and we needed to pay extra cash. He did not agree to let us pay by card or to give us a receipt. He was rude to us.

Nannybag at The hotel de Paris, Dijon, France
The hotel de Paris is really close to the train station(3 to 5 minutes walk, get out of train station, turn towards tram stop and keep going straight, cross the tram rails, hotel is on right hand side of the street). It’s also close to the old town as well(Darcy place is about 5 minutes walk).
The process was simple: the person at the desk gave me a green tag with the number on it, asked to take a picture and put it on my suitcase. Pick up was easy too.

The whole process was really easy
The whole process was really easy, my luggage were moved the a secure location
when i picked up my luggage their front desk person was kind enough to let me open my suitcase and move a few items.
Highly recommended!

Incorrectly advertised opening hours
When I booked the opening hours said it would be open at 9:30am. When I arrived it was closed and the sign said it would not open until 10am. As I had a tour booked for 9:30am I could not wait and so went to a Bounce storage shop round the corner and used them.

Great location and nice friendly staff. Very easy to drop off a suitcase and pick up later that day. Cheap too. Used them twice while on holiday. Will use again.

You can take the Westin shuttle from LAX and leave your luggage there in front of the front desk, ask for Bounce.
