Easy to find , very friendly staff.

Bad service and very bad storage of the bags. I do NOT recommend the place 80 Av. des Ternes, Paris.

It was really easy to find and uncomplicated to leave and collect our bags. Also great price.

I booked luggage storage at Lemon Fashion Boutique through Nannybag while travelling in Thessaloniki, and I am very grateful for the kindness and professionalism I experienced there.

I had left my luggage there while attending a doctor’s appointment and planned to collect it before taking a bus to another town that same evening. Unfortunately, my appointment was delayed and I ended up finishing very close to the store’s closing time.

I called to explain the situation and let them know I was on my way. Even though I arrived slightly after closing time, the gentleman at the store waited for me so I could collect my luggage. He really did not have to do that, and his help saved me from a much more stressful situation.

What stood out even more was his attitude. After my sincere apologies he responded with kindness and understanding, simply saying that these things happen and that we are all human.

I rarely leave reviews, but Lemon Fashion Boutique truly deserves one. Thank you again for your kindness and decency.

Great place to put our luggage in London before our Airbnb was ready. That particular place had a locked location.

Easy to find the location. Staff very friendly and helpful to see other attractions in the area other than chateau de Versailles.

Such a practical and convenient service! The staff was very friendly and accommodating, even with my 3 bags including one over-sized luggage. I would HIGHLY recommend and would definitely use this location (Olympus Bar Gaming) again!

Great experience. Safe storage. They give you a tag and check that you pickup you tag, so there is no confusion. I'd go again if I needed storage around that zone.

This place is a disgrace. When we arrived to drop our bags off, none the staff were aware of Nannybag. Finally, we found 1 member of staff who had heard of it, but had no idea how it worked.

We were instructed to leave our bags in an unlocked reception area, which apparently had CCTV - which may act as a deterrent but certainly this was far from secure storage, a CCTV camera certainly doesn’t provide the level of security described on the website.

As this was a last resort we took the risk. Upon returning, we were able to collect our bags from the reception room without even being challenged or ask to present our QR code, what was even worse was we were not even guests of the hotel - we could have left anything there to be picked up by anybody, or just total strangers off the street.

This establishment is a disgrace to the service that should be provided, and we certainly will never be using this again - the reception was filthy, junk cluttered everywhere, unstaffed, and totally insecure.

Take heed Nannybag, this establishment is doing you no favours whatsoever

We never got the paid service. The place was closed. How can I give no stars? There is no option for that..
EDIT: Got an email the day after, in which my reservation was cancelled with an apology an a note of refund. Ok, you can keep one star.

Fast and easy. Checked in and at first they had me leave my luggage in a little corner. However I had time to spare so I hung around until I watched someone physically take them downstairs. Pick up went smoothly as well. Would 100% use them again! They also had a variety of drinks and good breakfast

I left my bags at the ”CALIFORNIA CREPES” one and they were very helpful and so nice. Highly recommend. I had a problem with my booking but they helped me solve it and I could leave my bags there all day. Very nice people. They made sure to scan the QR code and everything when we were picking up the bags. I would recommend
