Very good experience. Super easy and quick. Very helpful staff who helped carry the luggage and even let me charge my phone when I was struggling to book an uber to the airport. Very grateful!

The vendor said they are no longer working with Nannybag and couldn’t take my bags through them - I needed to reserve through another service and cancel this one in which I have had to reach out multiple times to get a response. Use Bounce instead

This service is an absolute RIP OFF AND A CROOK SERCICE
This service is an absolutely overpriced crook service. Storage locations are far away from transport locations (700m up a steep hill is not close.) The service is outrageously expensive (5 euro / item) and on top of it the hours for retrieval depend on the location (e.g a restaurant is closed between 3 ans 6pm). Finally, you can’t cancel the service once you realise that it does not suit you since the store is closed when you want to pick up your luggage.
To summarise, A TOTAL RIP OFF!!! I request total reimbursement!

Smooth experience. The café was perfect for luggage storage. My suitcase was stored away safely in a separate room. The staff was very nice. The location is very convenient right in town. Also took this opportunity to have brunch there and it was excellent: good food and cosy atmosphere. I strongly recommend and will definitely use this place again.

The site doesn't say where is the dropping place, until you book and then you find out that is so far away from you. (about 30 min walking), and if you thought that you were going to leave it right away, the site doesn't allow you to cancel. Why to bother finding a place that says is close by and then results is farther than the place you were actually visiting?
