Great choice, found the product i was looking for, quick despatch and packing was excellent. All arrived the next day in perfect order. I haven't installed the tray yet but it looks solid and well built at a fraction of a well known brand that should do exactly the same thing.

I purchased waterproof adhesive tape for tile backer boards from Nassboards as it was a fraction of the price that I had seen it at a major DIY high street retailer. Excellent product, dispatched quickly. Great communication and customer service from Martin when I had questions. Highly recommended.

Despatched very quickly however the courier failed to deliver on the Friday so delivery was delayed until Monday

Smooth purchase process - My purchase was delivered on time and as described. It would be nice to have more size options or even have the option to customise that size needed but we were able to find a suitable size to fit our requirements and I was impressed with the customer experience from browsing through to delivery. I needed to order several tile backer boards for tanking a shower. Found nassboards site the cheapest for backer boards and the quality is very good. Items arrived next day delivery with no issues. This was a great site to use. My only suggestion is nassboards should have links to videos on how to recommend fitting some of the products like the tile backer boards. As for my purchase, the product and quality all I can say is well done. I’d recommend you as a capable DIY customer.

Customer service was excellent following a request to find a replacement part for a shower tray. Handled quickly and professionally.

After placing an incorrect order I contacted Nassboards directly asking if I can change my order by returning the product and reordering what I should have in the first place. Martin picked up the query and this was resolved promptly and resolved the issue with no fuss at all.
