Our Family run business has £3,000,000 in stock ready to send out for next day delivery when ordered before 1.30pm Monday to Friday with thousands of regular customers. Had an issue with an underfloor heating…

Had an issue with an underfloor heating mat nothing to do with the quality it was the size.
Contacted Nassboard via email got a response within the hour everything sorted within 2 hours.
Martin a tech was helpfull and very easy to talk too.
I’ll still be buying from this firm no problem.

Good quality products with perfect customer support.

I wanted a wet room floor and tanking kit. The price was cheaper than anywhere, even our plumbing and building suppliers.
The items where delivered the next day. The quality is perfect. They did miss a waste trap and I emailed and received a call from Martin who apologised, and shipped it out foc the next day. You can't ask for any better service. I will definitely be going back to purchase again. It's good to know there are still some companies whos products and customer service are second to non.

Excellent service

I’ve used Nassboards on several occasions now, usually for wet rooms and I find their system works really well. I have three wet rooms in my house and I’ve never had any issues, as long as it’s taped and tanked as per the instructions you can’t go wrong.
I’ve dealt directly with Martin on occasions and find him very helpful and knowledgeable.

The board packaging dragged and damaged

The board packaging had been dragged across the floor, this must of been over a period of time causing the corners of the box to break and the corners to be rounded off. My tiler wanted me to send them back but time and cost would not allow me to do this, so I asked him to put more sealant and tape over the areas.

Great price and quick delivery

Great price and quick delivery. Only thing I would say is the boxes need to be stronger on the corners. Both boxes of backer board the ends were open and a couple of damaged corners on the boards.

Wetroom Tray System Ordered with 2 Parcels sent Correctly on the 23rd for delivery on the 24th. Tray was delivered on the 24th correctly
Unfortunately the tanking kit was delayed with the courier and arrived on the 25th

Great communication, and extremely quick delivery.
Product looks great and couldn’t get any better price wise .
Would I recommend this company, yes , to the point I’ve ordered more products from them .
