Our Family run business has £3,000,000 in stock ready to send out for next day delivery when ordered before 1.30pm Monday to Friday with thousands of regular customers. Minor Damage

Delivery was delayed but arrived in due time on the second attempt. Upon receipt, two of the boxes were damaged at the corners, exposing the products. The boards are in fair condition but one box of boards has knackered edges. Imagine we can use the boards without much fuss as we can tape these edges where needed.

Stunning after sale support

I purchased a walk-in shower tray system some time ago and recently encountered an issue with one of its components. Upon contacting the seller for assistance, they promptly intervened, identified the correct replacement part, and dispatched it to me free of charge. The level of after-sales customer support I received was exceptional, and I wholeheartedly recommend their services. I look forward to utilizing their expertise for any future projects.

Repeat business

A quick email from me,was swiftly answered by customer service,stating a replacement would be dispatched,……so far so good
10/10 replacement part arrived this morning ( NEXT DAY)

Great 👍 …

Great service and very fast delivery service. Boards are ideal for my conservatory floor. Still waiting to put them down properly but already feel warm underfoot.

Customer service was absolutely excellent

The customer service was absolutely excellent. There was an issue with my order and they kept me regularly updated on progress and chased suppliers and delivery companies to ensure my order was met and delivered on time. I felt really valued as a customer and my concerns were listened to and patiently dealt with every time. Cannot rate highly enough.

Goods were delivered late and container…

Although the supplier had issues with his courier, the quality of the kit was excellent. Would definitely recommend them.

Very competitive prices

Price was very competitive and inital service was great. We had a late and damaged package but the issues were resolved promptly by Martin.
Good product I will use again.
