BEWARE OF THESE SCAMMERS
Scam company BEWARE do not trust the sales agent. They are bait and switch pricing scammers. Had a signed contract for a certain price prior to signing I asked several times if they will honor the price of if they are going contact me the day prior to raise the rate. The representative stated that they do not operate that way the quoted price is the total price and it will be honored. The day before delivery they almost doubled the price and wanted a prepayment that they said wasn't needed initially either. They make you choose to upset the seller of the vehicle several states away with unknown pick up dates etc. or pay them extra to follow through with the pre set dates that the seller/buyers have already agreed upon.
Scammers and most likely illegal practices. DO NOT USE..

Changing prices
I signed a contract months before for a certain price and then the day of pick up they did not have someone scheduled and increase the price for the car to be picked up. When it was delivered they tried to get me to pay even more. It was hard to contact anyone in customer service. I would only recommend the company to my worse enemy.

Service was great and the dispatcher Michael stayed in touch throughout the process. I was skeptical initially because I had never used the service before but all of my questions were answered and the price was fair.
