I ordered a heater I paid £3200 for it…

I ordered a heater I paid £3200 for it I had issues within 3 wks of use. the national heater shop did nothing to help they blocked my calls so I couldn't even call them I had only called them twice and they don't have an e mail in their site to contact them.

Ordered 2 heaters

Ordered 2 heaters, email saying coming direct from supplier only received 1, no email confirming delivery had to contact national Heaters about other heater.
They do not follow up on deliveries.

Under desk warmth

I purchased an under desk infrared heating panel. It’s a fantastic bit of kit and works just as I’d hoped. Warm enough to keep me warm but not so much that I feel like I’m roasting. The app is such a bonus too

Bad returns

Ordering and delivery is easy and fast, but returns isn't quite as easy!! You have to email the help team (you can't do it through the live chat!!!). Then it was £20 collection fee plus 5% restocking fee!! Won't be ordering again and I think they should make this information available and clear when you order!!
