Delivered to billing address not…
Delivered to billing address not shipping address. Now I have to try to get 5 metre lengths of flexible plastic to the shipping address several miles away. Even though I contacted firm and gave correct shipping address before delivery. I just as well had talked to a wall.

Fascia & guttering order
Ordered fascia and guttering to replace what's currently on our garage. Delivery came from the Weston-super-Mare store and arrived ahead of estimated delivery date. Friendly driver. Have used National Plastics before both online and popping into the store and always found them very helpful.
Tried to select Weston-super-Mare as a specific store but there are only 4 stores listed to pick from.

What a great company. I ordered from the Abercarn branch but Cardiff were also very helpful). The shower panels are fabulous.

I'm very positive with customer…
I'm very positive with customer service, the skirting board were good. There was information about 3-5 working days for placing order not for delivery. I didn't readed it, so on 4th day I called the customer service, and they delivered the order next day. Thank you again.
