Your operative was very courteous and explained what he was going to do. He also told me that as the chip was deep I would still see it but he had sealed it to prevent a crack forming. All in all a good experience

National Windscreens NEVER answered the phone, regardless of which number I used. Their automated booking system allocated fitting appointments without first confirming the glass was at the depot. I had two wasted journeys to the Yeovil branch before a successful third visit. The staff at the Yeovil branch were very helpful and efficient but were being let down badly by the National Windscreens booking team.
