Because the windscreen had lane assist, the car had to go into the workshop for fitting so that it could be recalibrated afterwards. I was told the workshop was a half hour drive away and they would need the car for up to 4 hours - not nearly as convenient as them coming to you for a standard windscreen so I was prepared to be quite dissatisfied. Luckily it was a warm, sunny day & it was an easy drive to the Brighton workshop. I was greeted cheerily and no mention of the fact I was 10 mins late. I was given directions to coffee shops and the town, had a delicious cappuccino & croissant and a walk by the sea and about 2 hours later had a call to say the car was ready. There were no insurance or paperwork hitches, all very smooth and far quicker than expected. All in all, a good experience.

So i even don't where to start
My booking was cancelled and mowed twice
New windscreen have 2 cracks from inside
My panels wasn't fitted back normally
My car was smered with black silicone glue
Inside is silicone cracks with looks terrible so how you think are you earned even 1 start i would put minus 5 if that would be possible i don't have any clue why my insurance company chooses worse windscreen company in world.

Great communication before the visit, felt like they wanted to really assist to get the repair completed quickly recognizing that the car was not secure, they visited the morning after so were very quick, and the service was very efficient and helpful on the day.

The Staff at Brighton were so accommodating.
My appointment was supposed to be the following day but I turned up the day before to see if I could bring my car in earlier as my wife had a hospital appointment. They told me to leave the car with them. They phoned me 2 hrs later to say that I could collect my car in half an hour as they had fitted the new screen already. Can’t recommend them enough, thanks guys!
