Great service
Was easy to book and were very helpful when I wasn’t sure whether the chip could be repaired. In the end it was. Called on the morning to give me a 2 hour window and the tracking is really good. Good job done as well- at home. Great technician.

Disgusting
My windscreen was booked in for the beginning of June, they cancelled a couple days prior to it being done as they didn't have the windscreen, I understand that.
It's been over 3 months now after me chasing them and they are telling me they are trying to obtain the windscreen! Awful customer service, will not use nor recommend such a incompetent company

Had our windscreen replaced however because there is more technology in windscreens now you have to take it to a shop. Quite a distance to travel to the shops, could do with more in a reasonable driving distance. Communication by text good but misleading about timescales and kept changing time had to be at the shop. Overall quick service on the day.
