An absolute shocking experience in…
An absolute shocking experience in Brighton, I was verbally abused challenged by 2 members of staff, worst of all sent back out on the road with a van in an unworthy road condition. As they refused to complete the replacement windscreen. Now their is two sides to every story, As a customers point of view being told to get out of the workshop whilst on the phone within the safety lines outlined on the floor can be done one of 2 ways the tech chose the aggressive way, not in a nice respectful considerate approach. Staff need better training of how to deal with customer service before letting loose on a fleet customer.

Courteous, and well managed
While National Windscreens had issues with a scratched newly delivered screen, and a 3rd party screen which would not electrically configure, they eventually sorted out the new screen, and at all times were courteous and good to deal with.
