Morning appointment arranged, changed by the depot to afternoon - arrived as planned (after discussion regarding must be done in the same day due to traveling home 25 miles away) - left car to be called 90 mins later to say the wrong part had been ordered and wouldn’t arrive now until the next day (could I leave it …no) took it back the next afternoon to be told it hadn’t arrived yet and could I leave it if it didn’t turn up (no again) - called around 4 (no contact from the depot so had to contact as was concerned it would be closed later with no way of getting home - no answer 3 times but transferred to main office) turned up to ensure I was onsite and the job was just being finished - In fairness really good job complete so positive in the end

Wrong windscreen ordered but this was…
Wrong windscreen ordered but this was not realised until the old windscreen had been removed. The correct windscreen then had to be brought from Bristol to Cardiff. However, despite me being in the waiting room, nobody bothered to let me know. It wasn't until I went to ask why it was taking so long that they let me know! I was there for 4 hours!!

They fitted my windscreen without any issues. I only wish that they could have given me an accurate time that they would do the work. All I was told was to be there for midday but I had to wait almost 4 hours for the screen to be done.

Did not realign windscreen wipers correctly so now I have an annoying rubbing noise I have to sort after getting my new windscreen fitted here

Delivery was good, booking process could be better with a simple tweak
Service was very good. Would have been 5 star if told in advance there was no fallback for vans in the event of rain. Resulted in a wasted journey for a fitter and 2 hours of my day gone driving to the depot…..just advising this in advance or making a call the day before would have avoided losing half a day
