I would use them again
Your chap was very helpful, I did not have cover to complete the work in the dry which he explained. He suggested a place in Newport to which I agreed. The work did not take too long so after a coffee I returned, waited 15 minutes and went home. I did not want to wait another week before the job was completed. This would have been because of my comitments.

Incredible work
Incredible work; booked a full windscreen repair. The technician double checked if it was required before starting the job. Windscreen removed and replaced within 30 mins and carried out from my drive way! I hope I don’t need to use them again but will be straight back if I’m unlucky enough to crack another windscreen.

William and Duncan did a fine job. Minimum fuss, clean and worked well together.
Thd biggest plus for me is that William rang at the start of the day to give me a good idea of his eta. A big help as I had a busy day. He then rang when he was on his way. Great communication of his day which greatly improved my day. Thankyou William.

Plan ahead
Well organised but having to leave the vehicle for a couple of hours in the middle of Cardiff's outback means you need to have a film downloaded to watch beforehand. Rest room / tea / coffee facility could do with updating and upgrading. Customer satisfaction whilst waiting was self administered.

I had a slight hairline crack in my windscreen. I contacted my insurance who contacted National windscreens. They came out and found the crack was too long to fix so they replaced the windscreen. They were very proffesional and the job was done quickly and efficiently. I would recommend.
