The booking process was straightforward and communication throughout the process was great. The appointment was arranged around my work commitments and I did not have long to wait. The fitter contacted me early on the day and clearly explained the process, including where I was on his list and his anticipated time of arrival. Simply because Autogkass comes to your home …that I understand is a biggy to complete with, but where your Cardiff depot is situated it’s a taxi journey 🤷🏼♂️at best which cost me £26 round trip 🫣
So I’m sorry it’s only because my insurance company deals with you 🤷🏼♂️
