BEWARE - Colchester National Windscreens - Items charged for - Not supplied - Not refunded.
Charged for new window screen wipers at the same time as window replacement. No wipers arrived with the order, they replaced the screen and told me a refund would be made for the wipers. After 2 phone calls and over 2 months of waiting, no refund received whatsoever. I'm at a loss why i can call, they know the issue, they know they havent supplied, and yet the say the request went to Colchester National Windscreens and they will chase. Same every time, this is a joke. Use this company at your peril.

My appointment was cancelled twice…
My appointment was cancelled twice because the technician called in sick on the day and I have booked an MOT which I have to cancel. I was then told if I need it fix I have to drive to my local branch which I have to loose a day's wages to do that, will not recommend

How not to run a business. Beyond lousy!
If I could leave no stars believe me I would. Booked windscreen replacement to take place three weeks before MOT was due.
1st appointment they did not show and just cancelled the appointment down without advising us, I had to chase in the evening to find this out. 2nd appointment we had to cancel due to a family emergency resulting in the car not being at the property but rebooked another appointment at the time. That appointment was today and guess what...... They have cancelled the appointment. I had to call them to find this out though. Absolute shower these guys. Complete waste of my time and two days wages.

Dedication and good customer service
The two men turned up on time to replace my windscreen. Their manager had ordered the wrong one. They phoned her up and corrected the mistake. They returned during their lunch break and replaced my screen the same day. Great teamwork!

An easy enough experience. Jon took my keys, confirmed the job and rang me when done.
Straight forward enough and did not interfere with my day.
One grip i have is these firms do not use OEM screens and I wish they would.

Very poor service
The only good thing I can say is when the fitters turned up (and I saw 3 )
they were good but the 7 weeks and 20 plus phone calls was the most frustrating time of my life.
