Original repairs failed and looked no different on completion, despite being assured it was good. A new screen was required. Car was left with dirt and scratches on door sills and dash cam left dangling from sun visor. When asked about that I was told, “we don’t put that back”.

Communication is good and as I said that I maybe unable to collect that day after the repair they said it could stay in their workshop overnight and I could collect the following day when they reopened. Very friendly staff also.

Replacement glass was fine however the state they left the car in was disappointing.
Dirty footprints on the sills, marks on the passenger seat, bits of the old sealant all over the dashboard and a piece of old sealant trapped under the exterior rubber.

That's the way to do it!
The two young lads arrived at the time they promised. They politely declined a hot beverage and got on with the job. Fortunately my driveway is very wide so they had room to work. They were quick, efficient and left no mess. They gave me precise instructions about aftercare before leaving. Very professional in every way.
