I do not normally take the time to leave reviews, but the service I received from Kieran, Manny and Ben at National Windscreens in Crawley was so exceptional that I genuinely wanted to make sure they received the recognition they deserve.
From the moment I arrived, Kieran greeted me warmly and professionally. He explained everything clearly and made it possible for me to continue working on site while the technical work on my windscreen was completed. While waiting, I overheard him speaking with customers on the telephone and was genuinely struck by his manner. He listened, made people feel valued and clearly went the extra mile to help. When it was my turn to deal with him directly, the experience was even better. I felt properly listened to, respected and looked after throughout.
Manny was equally outstanding. His workmanship, attention to detail and pride in the finished result were exceptional. He made sure everything looked perfect and even took the time to polish away a couple of existing marks on the side of my car, which had nothing whatsoever to do with the windscreen work. That extra gesture showed the exceptional level of care, attention to detail and pride he takes in looking after his customers.
Ben was also friendly, open and a really positive part of the team. I thoroughly enjoyed speaking with all three of them and came away feeling that they genuinely cared about both the quality of their work and the people they were helping.
It is unusual to find one person who provides service of this standard, but to find a whole team like this was remarkable. The work itself was first class, but it was the way I was treated that really stood out. I told them I would leave a review when I got home because exceptional service should never go unrecognised. Kieran, Manny and Ben are an absolute credit to National Windscreens and thoroughly deserve five stars.

I disliked not being able to reach the actual garage my car was being repaired at.
Not happy that they removed my child seat and forgot to replace it. It should never have been taken out of the car, just placed on the back seat. I now have to waste my time and petrol to come on an hour round trip to collect it.
Happy with the windscreen that was well done and car clear of glass.

After travelling 22 miles on arrival to have screen replaced i was told they had not got the right part,
however technician did have a look and thought it could be repaired which he duly did. Was told i would get a refund in 1 week to 10 days, After two weeks I had to call, noone answering phone eventually got through to a call centre problem sorted.

First visit there was no windscreen to install so a rebook was necessary

Great service, given back within estimated period highly rated and Manvir who fit the windscreen was very helpful and explained about the aftercare of not washing the windscreen for 7 days.

All the staff were friendly and it was a pleasant experience.

Communication was poor and being called 3 hours after our time slot to be told the windscreen wasn’t being fitted wasn’t great.
Further calls were less than honest about what was going on and this was frustrating, including being given the wrong information and timings for the eventual fitting.
When the screen was replaced the technician was good.

The customer service was great, we had a screen replacement which went as expected based on the timeframe provided by NW.

The guy who came to do my windscreen, arrived early, as he had noticed I worked in a school. Booking process was easy and was happy with the work that was done. I have used this company twice now and have been happy with the work.

Was called to attend earlier time which suited me too.

Close by Starbucks and McDonald's, so have time to have coffee while waiting, speedy service indeed.

Speedy response and excellent work from the team at Crawley

Excellent service received from the Crawley forge wood branch. Dropped the car off and was told it could be up to 4 hours due to camera calibration, just under 2 hours later it was all done and ready. Very friendly and informative staff and the whole process was effortless so many thanks.

The first call person was not clear in what he was doing - local people really good Great communications - National Windscreens I do not understand why I had to wait 3 weeks, being your most fitted windscreen is the same as my car (according to your web site) This makes no sense.

Really good handover from start to finish. Very professional and kept my car on site till I was able to collect once I finished work which helped me massively.

From check in to check out well done.
Shame I had to wait so long though partly my fault as some appointments offered not convenient and then they had to reschedule.
