Impossible to get hold of Crawley branch
I’ve been trying to get hold of the Crawley branch by phone for three weeks. No reply. They have a central office who aren’t being of any constructive help. I’m tied into national windscreens via my insurance company. I wish I could go to auto glass who are far superior

A good experience only downfall was website for fitter eta
Started on time. Only complaint the website wasn't working so could not get eta of the fitters. Took less time to fit than they said. Foned us that it was ready to come back to collect.

Good communication, helpful and professional. On dropping the car and keys off, agreed a time to collect and i was guided to a few options in walking distance for food and coffee.
