Quick and straightforward process
Quick and straightforward process. The windscreen replacement job took about 3hrs to complete. When I returned home I noticed that the inside of the glass had a small scuff (no fault of their own, but their delivery guys) and they reordered and fitted a new windscreen the following week, without issue. Great customer service.

Great service
They picked up the phone within seconds on a Saturday afternoon, and managed to book my car in for a windscreen replacement within a reasonable time, after confirming what days would be suitable around my work schedule.
The gentleman at the Crawley centre was welcoming, dropping off my car was easy, and in the end it was also ready for pickup on time, and I also received a text message to let me know.
I just really appreciated the great service, from start to finish.

This is day 27 after paying my £100…
This is day 27 after paying my £100 excess and having had fitters turn up with the wrong glass twice. This prompted a formal complaint from me 7 days ago, but yet another call to them just now revealed they were doing nothing about it, but someone would get back to me. Just like they told me a week ago.

Great Service
Good communication advise as was quite worried about my windscreen exploding in my face! Booking system was easy and the person at the depot was very nice when I dropped my car off. Fitting was done as quick as manageable.

Quick speedy service and great customer service
Customer service was really good and they got my windscreen sorted nice and quickly.
My only fault is the payment service on the phone had constant trouble with it.
