Great friendly people that work there workmanship seems great. So far the windscreen replacement seems fine. But we cannot find out until the bad weather arrives as its also got a heated front screen and I've no way off checking if it works until the weather turns. The only down point was we was told the car would be ready for a certain time but it was 45 minutes later. I'm guessing they were busier than expected. Otherwise nice place to take your car for glass work overall

Shout out to the guy that helped my husband out this morning with the Alfa Romeo Mito rear view mirror job, we tried the diy route with Loctite but it wouldn’t stick, took it down to Alfreton Road and took the guy 10 mins and free of charge. We will be using you again in the future. Nice one !!

After replacing the windscreen glass the technician didn’t replace the trim on the side. They broke the trim during removal to replace the glass and left it like that without fixing. I complained but they are slow to handing the complaint. Car looks damaged without the trim.

The fitter rang before he did the job before me and after to say hes on his way. Turned up and did a fantastic job and answered all my silly questions since it was my first ever new windscreen. He also advised on washing etc for the next couple of days. Overall well impressed

Windscreen fitted properly and on time. However, inbuilt camera outer shell is not properly fitted and still have gap.
