Facilities in the waiting area not good, cold and no facility for a drink. No way could you sit there for 2-3 hours. So had to get s Taxi home, and come back the next day

They successfully explained reasons for delays in obtaining new windscreen and need for matching rubber trim.
Once windscreen and trim arrived, they were very fast (next day)and did a superb job.
