Administration was clear and concise.

Easy online booking process and polite staff.
However, first appointment I made I got all the way there, dropped the car off, went away, and was then phoned to tell me the supplier had provided the incorrect windscreen, despite me having rung to confirm previously.
The appointment was then rearranged, for them to come out to me, but they never showed up as it was incorrect on the system.
Thankfully they pushed it to urgent by this point and finally sorted it. A week late and wasted fuel, but the service was quick and well done in the end. The staff I directly dealt with were helpful and polite and the issues I experienced were somewhat out of their hands and more on the fault of supplier and the call centre.
