Loss of sensor gel
Pity the fitters did not replace the sensor gel component. I only found out my auto-wiper function was not working until days later when it rained. I am still waiting for this to be fixed after the original request was sent to the wrong branch. Windscreen is fine apart from that.

Poor
Work done on the wind screen was fine but windscreen wipers were not put on properly. I have been trying to ring them for days to arrange a time for them to sort it out but no one has ever answered. Not very good service.

Excellent Service and Professional Repair
I had a small chip on my windshield that seemed likely to spread, so I booked a repair online through my insurance company. The engineer arrived at my workplace and handled the repair professionally and thoroughly. He explained the process beforehand and walked me through the completed work before closing the job. He even left his contact information in case I needed assistance in the future. Overall, I was very satisfied with National Windscreens.

Simple and efficient process from…
Simple and efficient process from booking with insurers to job being done. Technician called on the morning of the work to advise approximate time he would arrive, which he stuck to. All fine and work was finished within an hour, at home address, no problems. Great service.
