Very poor install quality.
During my fitting the fitters scratched my dash board, there is black sealant on one of my interior trim panels, there was smashed glass inside my car and they snapped all but 2 clips on my roof trim so it now doesn’t stay in place.
My over all experience was very poor. The fitters where friendly when speaking to them but they didn’t give me any info on how long I need to wait before I jet wash it or anything else.

There was an error in our insurance booking two firms to carry out the work meaning an appointment was missed but National Windscreens were very helpful in the situation.

Excellent replacement screen
Had to have my screen replaced after being hit by a stone. Done through insurance. Booked online for a fitter to come to my home to do it. Had a text message from Gos, the fitter on the morning with an ETA. Arrived a little early, replaced the screen quickly and efficiently and left written aftercare advice. Would happily recommend.

Good communication from the staff to…
Good communication from the staff to confirm the booking and fitter arrived within the timescale that was advised. I had to clean the screen after the fitter had put the screen in as the car needed to be used on the evening which meant driving in the dark, screen was too dangerous to drive with how dirty it was.

Super efficient
Leigh was super friendly when I arrived. I was 10 minutes early but my car was taken straight in and I had a call within the hour to say my windscreen had been replaced and I could come collect so a super quick process
