Delayed replacement
Hi,
Firstly, can I say that Gary the engineer was extremely helpful. The only issue is that on the original day the work was booked in, there was an issue with the replacement glass. Therefore I had to drive for a week with the original glass reinstalled, that had further damage. Again, Gary was extremely apologetic, informative and a really good guy. I understand it was a genuine error.
Would there be a possibility of a percentage refund due to the inconvenience?

Unfortunately new screen scratched
Unfortunately, there has been a scratch left on the new windscreen, right in front of the driver. When I signed the approval paperwork, I hadn’t seen this and was not told anything at the depot. I am assuming it is too late to do anything. Very disappointed!

Great service once appointment was corrected
Originally booked in to complete the work at my home address only to receive a call a week later to say it was an error and I had to go to them but they didn’t have any appointments for over a week. They did a great job and in quick time however once I did attend the appointment

Told not to worry
Windscreen was fitted but not central to the car bigger gap on one side i was told not to worry about it. Instrument cluster was wiped caused massive scratches denied when questioned. Marks on my dash bits from the job all over would not recommend.
