Poor initial communication but great service at branch
Initially, the communication from them was very poor - I had originally booked my replacement windscreen with them over two weeks prior to my appointment. Despite several requests for an update regarding the status of my order, none was received.
However, the staff at the branch, particularly Sam, were very helpful and welcoming.

Fast and helpful service
Great. Went in the morning before 9am, dropped my car off and even though there were 2 cars ahead of me, I got my car back before 1pm.
They also talked me through what I shouldn’t do to (I wanted to wash my car that same day but could not and had to wait 7 days or that could void warranty). If I wasn’t told this then I would have been in trouble because I never knew this piece of information. I was very grateful.

Stress Free Service
From the moment I reported my back window glass broken, they were on point...even when I had to change the date for the fitting due to my work schedule, they were so helpful and accommodating. They turned up early based on the customer service understanding of how stressed i was and my time schedule. The two gentlemen that turned up, was so polite.and respectful. I give a well deserved 10 out of 10 from start to finish for their overall customer service. Thank you guys for making getting my back windscreen replacement stress free.
