Don’t use again
Had booked a home replacement but it didn’t as the manager was not happy about coming out as weather was unsettled. He said it would have to be rebooked if it rains at all.The man who fitted the glass was very good .
We lost 5 hours of time and they had time to do 2 more cars in my travel time.

Fast, Hassle-Free Windscreen Replacement
I recently had the windscreen replaced on my Mercedes CLA220d Shooting Brake by National Windscreens and the whole process was quick and completely hassle-free.
I dropped the car off, they carried out a brief inspection, took the keys, and that was it. A few hours later I received a call to say the job was done. No complications, no delays, no unexpected issues — just straightforward, professional service.
Really easy experience from start to finish. Would happily recommend.

Absolutely shocking service from the…
Absolutely shocking service from the Northampton fitting Centre. Please do yourself a favour and use literally any other Company - you will be so pleased you did. I have had a few dealings with Autoglass Northampton and they have been great on every occasion. In comparison I have now had two separate visits from National Windscreens Northampton and two failed attempts to simply replace a windscreen, literally all this company does - you couldn’t make it up. Having had the unfortunate pleasure of speaking to the Branch Manager, I am no longer surprised about my experience with this Company. Interesting to also read other reviews complaining about the same issues I have experienced and also other peoples problems dealing with the Branch Manager - a case of no smoke without fire I guess. I now have active complaints with National windscreens and my Insurance provider, the car has been out of use for about a month so far and I have stayed at home for two days - two whole days of my life written off. All because National Windscreens Northampton are evidently incapable of replacing a windscreen! How ironic!

Great experience
Great experience. The appointment was originally booked for the morning, bug as it was due to rain, the fitter rang to confirm if undercover space available. As it wasn't he offered a visit to the depot or an afternoon appointment somewhere undercover.

As soon as I had finished the on line claim with my insurers National Windscreens took over and made the rest of the process easy to follow and quick to resolve.
The online process, the information and communication was really good and the welcome, work and pick up was excellent. Everything done as explained and in the time given.

Isn't it nice when...
Isn't it nice when people say what they'll do and do what they say. My BMW X5 50e is equipped with HUD and on my previous model, after having an windscreen exchange, I was left felt feeling like the HUD was never the same again. This time, I liaised with the National Windscreen team and they worked to get me genuine OEM Dealer Glass. They fitted it with a tidy job and took good care of my car. Happy days.
