Having delivered my car ito you in…

Having delivered my car ito you in immaculate body work condition and dash cam hard wired and working the day before my new windscreen fitted I collected the following day, wires just left hanging no dash cam in place, then noticed scuff marks on the body work paint work damaged , having gone back to a dash cam expert to find out my dash cam is now corrupt, I have been notified so far a photo of my car coming out with scuffs and damaged but! So far no photo of my car going into to the work shop . Still continuing for them to own up to the damage I’m 100 o/o they have done . I will follow up with the result and honestly, hopefully owning up to what has been done

The team at the Nottingham site we’re…

The team at the Nottingham site we’re absolutely brilliant from initial booking to handing over my vehicle to me.

I was made aware that the replacement would take up to four hours but i had opted to stay onsite in the visitors waiting area as i had paperwork to catch up on.

The site manager was excellent in explaining to me the process of the windscreen replacement and what was required of me before his engineers carried out the work.

The engineer was brilliant also up on hand over and explained what i needed to do for the next 78 hours to ensure the window replacement met its full curing stage, the whole installation took far less then the four hours initially stated.

Great team and top lads.

The process from booking, submitting my vehicle and windscreen replacement was seamless. The job itself, spectacular. You can’t tell the windscreen was replaced.

Communication was awful

Communication was awful. I gave them all correct info (reg plate, physical description, make, model and trim level etc.), and they ordered the wrong bit of glass. Took 3 weeks to get the right bit. 3 weeks without a driveable car!!!

Fitters were great, fit the glass in about 30 minutes, a job really well done, very professional and helpful to answer questions I had about the glass/fitting. Absolutely not their fault that I had a shit experience! Just whoever's job it was to order the glass.

3 issues with my recent window screen replacement

3 issues

1. I paid for replacement wiper blades, this wasn’t done as I was told the fixing was incorrect - refund received

2. Drove away on the day and the wipers were not correctly fitted, they did not clear the window - had to return and get the technician to readjust

3. Noticed yesterday a scratch on the inside of the window screen
