3 issues with my recent window screen replacement
3 issues
1. I paid for replacement wiper blades, this wasn’t done as I was told the fixing was incorrect - refund received
2. Drove away on the day and the wipers were not correctly fitted, they did not clear the window - had to return and get the technician to readjust
3. Noticed yesterday a scratch on the inside of the window screen

Awful, got all glass in the lock so doesn’t shut and refused to fix it when the engineer caused it. After ringing them for two weeks finally got a no. Shocking customer service. Use Autoglass folks x

Did the job
Did the job. Annoying they dont open Saturdays. Meant I had to wait 3 weeks till I had a weekday off to get my windscreen repaired and I couldnt go elsewhere as theyre the ones my insurance uses.
