While the fitter was very good the booking team not good as having to abort the first appointment owing to incorrect fitting kit the next appt was given as 9.00 : 4.30 pm absolutely ridiculous as I had already lost time previously and felt I should have had priority or at least given a choice
However the fitter managed to attend around 12.30 pm

Good booking system and Couod work with Wi-Fi while waiting
Good booking system. My main reason for 4 not 5 stars was that my local depot had a wait time of about 3 weeks, so I had to go to one 30 miles away which still had wait time of nearly 2 weeks. But when that day arrived, the replacement was very efficient. Wi-Fi in the waiting area, so could work while waiting… and it only took 2 hours
