Easy to book, out within a couple of days and came to my place of work. Was kept updated by email and then a phone call on the day giving me a rough ETA. Very friendly chap too. Sadly the window wipers they supplied didn't fit my car, but was refunded within a couple of days. Just a great service all around and will definitely recommend. 5 ⭐️s

Be there to discuss & resolve any issues
Not there to see job done Ben arrived as telephoned scheduled - tracking app is helpful. Daughter said the wiper drive spindle broke (rusted) on dismantling (needs replacement motor assembly). He had to put extra sealant to account for frame distortion. On inspection glass doesn't sit flush with tailgate. Also, the gap on one vertical side is uneven between glass & tailgate (other 3 sides OK). Overall disappointing result but can't attribute problems to Ben's work.

My 12 Registration B series Mercedes …
My 12 Registration Mercedes needed a new rear windscreen The Oxford based fitters were extremely helpful in sourcing and fitting the right windscreen once they got involved but it took3 weeks from my first referral via my insurers . When i phoned the central number i was only ever told the windscreen was on order and expected delivery dates were always next week .
When the Oxford depot contacted it emerged they had been given the wrong windscreen. this occurred second time
The Oxford fitter went out of his way and sourced the right windscreen in 24 hours . I waswithout my car for almost 4 weeks which based on the Oxford depts actions shouldnt have been necessary
