Quicker than expected ..didn't like the…
Quicker than expected ..didn't like the fact you get a time slot then it gets changed then when you arrive told to come back in half hour as there's 1 more befor you ..also seals not fully covered inside as I can see small parts of metal.allthough it is a good job .maybe also clean inside screen after new one fitted as it had finger marks

Scratched vehicle removing or fitting…
Scratched vehicle removing or fitting window , denied responsibility failed to send person to examine even though they said they would. Did the job in 50 minutes even though it is supposed to take much longer when calibration for camera is needed. If you take any pride in your vehicle do not use national windows. And that is what I’m advising to people I speak too.

Really disappointed with communication with booking clerk first time round said a time for booking then on day said it’s an all day booking which did not suit my work commitments.

Really happy with the service , first new windshield had deep scratches in it and they were very sorry but would come to my house next day . They came well within the time given and the new windshield was fitted , very clean tidy job

Windscreen wasn’t even ready the day I was booked in for so had to book another day when I was working nights so very inconvenient, also my car had dirt marks all on the A posts and dashboard plus dirty foot prints all over my door sills

Fitting of the windscreen seems ok…
Fitting of the windscreen seems ok apart from the screen was left filthy on the inside and covered in hand marks, also never put two fixings back on the plastic bulkhead under the bonnet, to be fair these could have been missing before but I only noticed after the screen had been fitted.

Positive: when I turned up at the centre, the job was accepted quickly and the job was done quickly.
Negative: I was informed of the date and location by text but not the time. The website said that cars were accepted either first thing in the morning or at lunch. As I live more than 1 hour away, I would have liked to have known the time. I telephoned but still could not get the time. It would have been useful to know it.
