I had to wait 10 days for a rear windscreen replacement - i had a msising windscreen not a crack. They finally turned up and didn’t have a windscreen. I then had to wait a further two days and was waiting in for 9hrs having been told from the start of the day i was the next stop and watched the tracker make atleast half a dozen other stops throughout the day.

National Windscreens replaced a cracked windscreen on my Mercedes van. The booking process was very professional and the 2 technicians were very nice guys who did a great job. Very happy, would recommend.

I took my car into National Windscreens Slough for replacement windscreens front and rear
I asked for replacement seals for both which was agreed
However upon completion the said they couldn't get the rear seal so put the old one back (26 years old original seal) which didn't fit
I had waited for five and a half hours so I didn't check anything until the next morning when I discovered the paintwork on both sides of the tailgate was damaged
I took photos and sent them in and copied in the insurance company
National Windscreens Slough said it was done prior to them fitting the screen in spite of my photos showing pristine primer underneath the damaged paintwork
They are still in denial so the case in ongoing

Easy to arrange and the drop off and pickup was good the worker even waited for me to arrive after the office had closed

Upon arrival I was warmly greeted by reception staff and told the repair should take about 30 minutes. However, after 5 minutes my technician, Reece, came to inform me that the stone chip was very minor and had not actually penetrated the windscreen. As such he indicated that a specific repair wasn't necessary and I could be offered a reimbursement of my £20 co-pay. However, as the vehicle belonged to my elderly mother, Reece offered to smooth out the impact site and reduce the visible spot as much as possible in lieu of the refund. 15 minutes later, once Reece was done, it was virtually impossible to identify the initial impact spot and I was on my way. Additionally, Reece stated that if I had any further concerns to please call back.

Booked a home appointment. Got a call on the day, techincan off sick they had a appointment at 11am it would take 2 hours. When I arrived I was told running a bit late.... 4 hours later I get told the job is now done. When I got to my car they hadn't even bothered to lock it. Not the best customer service

Staff were very friendly and efficient. Even charged my cars battery as it had gone flat after I had the car broken into. They also cleared all the glass which had got everywhere inside.
