Rear view mirror fell off, still waiting fix
Driving back rear view mirror vibrated badly, unusable. Booked return following day, guy wedged in bits of rubber which helped but didn’t fix it. Few days later mirror fell off totally, hung there on wires. Phoned in again on Monday morning, still waiting call back now Thursday evening. What a shambles,never again!!
Oh we got the auto reply!!! Sorry etc. please contact customer relations etc.
National Windscreens know exactly who I am. Why should I need to contact them... about time they called me to sort it out.
Oh and BTW I have had to get it arranged elsewhere to sort the issue, fed up of waiting, really cant drive car with no rear mirror

Fantastic experience, would recommend
I used National Windscreens through my company's group insurance for my work vehicle. The process of booking the appointment was simple and their communication fantastic. I was greeted cordially and kept informed during the replacement of my windscreen which only took a couple of hours. Overall I was really pleased with my experience.

Wasted an extra hour of my time
Appointment booking was for 10 am, I was early and was told it would take 2 hours to do windscreen. They didn’t start doing the windscreen until 10:45. I know this because my Mercedes app notifies me when the car is unlocked. Disappointing as I had to wait around for the extra hour that it took to replace.
