Really professional company
Really professional company. Replaced the windscreen with little fuss. I was really impressed with how easy it was. Communications were good, although appointment availability was limited, which meant that I had to wait over a week to get an appointment. This meant that I had very restricted use of my car whilst I was waiting. Which proved to be inconvenient. The replacement took 5 hours and not “up to 4 hours” as stated by the Company. However, I have no complaints about the service or the quality of the work

Staff were very helpful
Staff were very helpful, offered to replace my car's glass despite me coming in a couple days early for my apppointment, since they had it in stock. Replacement and calibration was completed by midday with no issues.

did not arrive when promised and denied the promise
very disappointing on the phone promised first call 9 am , but engineer tracking gives no time and calls to the branch get different messages. I am losing a days wages while the National windscreen agents are clearly lying about their priorities.
