My car was booked at Telford branch
My car was booked at Telford branch, the staff who works there was very transparent and helpful. On my arrival at the branch I was made aware of a minor scratch on the windscreen which was cause by the logistics team (it was out of their hand) - they offered me support throughout the process and everything went smoothly; being able to get back on the road on the same day, it was definitely worth to choose them for a windscreen replacement. If it ever happens to crack my windscreen again I will be more than happy to return at their branch for another replacement. Well done guys, and keep up with the good work.

Work was carried out efficiently…
Work was carried out efficiently although it was inconvenient to have to wait so long for an appointment. Also I was promised a drink when I booked but was not offered when during my three and a half hour wait.

Had to make an appointment to have a windscreen repair carried out, used online booking which was easy to use, through the week I had email, text and phone call reminders for the appointment. Easy process when there, all staff friendly, a waiting area and even a cup of coffee from the lady in the office, would recommend using the company.
