Friendly and courteous pair of staff, who did the work well. Before the windscreen was replaced, they noted to me that my wiper arms were misaligned - they said they would let me know if they could fix that in the process of removing the arms for glass replacement - and they did, wonderful service!

During my first appointment wrong windscreen was in the teams van (has an offset), next time they came it was fitted fine with a new and correct size windscreen glass.
Today after 2 weeks, the centre module which houses rear view mirror and sensors just came off and the whole module is hanging... Maybe it wasn't glued properly. I will have to take it to the service station to glue it again as cannot wait for national windscreen team to come (appointments are not that Quick though)

My original contact (through my insurance company) was to National Windscreens Worcester, they never got back to me. The repair was then moved to Hereford. I took the car in myself and once the member of staff got off his chair, he ambled to my car and said it couldn't be repaired and needed to be replaced, he then went back to his chair. The windscreen replacement was then moved to your Telford branch. What a different experience! Jo Edwards sorted the issue for me and kept me fully aware of the process. All in all a very different and professional experience.

I booked National Windscreens on Wednesday 15 April 2026 to repair a small stone chip I’d picked up on my front windscreen.

The process was straightforward, and I only had to pay my insurance excess, which was a very reasonable amount.

The technician travelled over from Telford and arrived promptly within the stated time window. He was professional, friendly, and took the time to explain exactly what he’d be doing during a quick vehicle walk-around, which gave me confidence straight away.

The repair itself was impressively quick and done in under 15 minutes. The technician showed me the finished result before leaving.

A week later, the repair is holding up perfectly and the chip has almost completely disappeared from view.

Overall, a very efficient and high-quality service. I would have no hesitation using National Windscreens again.

My car was booked at Telford branch, the staff who works there was very transparent and helpful. On my arrival at the branch I was made aware of a minor scratch on the windscreen which was cause by the logistics team (it was out of their hand) - they offered me support throughout the process and everything went smoothly; being able to get back on the road on the same day, it was definitely worth to choose them for a windscreen replacement. If it ever happens to crack my windscreen again I will be more than happy to return at their branch for another replacement. Well done guys, and keep up with the good work.
